Role Description:
The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in several areas across Texas., responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role includes supervising and coaching team members, managing schedules, and monitoring sales performance. The Store Manager will maintain store standards, oversee inventory levels, and support retail loss prevention efforts to protect company assets. The position also involves handling customer inquiries and concerns, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing promotional activities to meet sales and profitability goals. The Store Manager will collaborate with leadership on reporting, process improvements, and compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership.
Experience or demonstrated ability in Store Management, including staff supervision and operational oversight.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic asset protection procedures.
Previous experience in retail or a related customer-facing environment.
Ability to work on-site full time in Ellis County, including Saturdays.
Solid organizational, problem-solving, and basic math skills for handling sales, inventory, and reporting.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a plus.
