Job Title: Night Shift Dump Truck Driver

What We Offer
Work Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday Nights with Fridays and Saturdays off. Weekend work is available sometimes if you want the extra hours.
Pay:
First-year drivers average from $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Average hourly rate from $25-$27 depending on experience, with potential for Growth and Overtime Pay.
Hours:
40 hours per week, with the potential for 50 to 60 hours based on availability and weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on construction sites.
Transport materials such as C & D and gravel to designated locations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including material types, quantities, and delivery locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and materials transported.
Qualifications:- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Must have had CDL for at least 2 years.
- Must have asphalt hauling experience.
- No points on a 7-year MVR.No DUI, Careless or Reckless Driving citations in last 10 year.
- Must be live in the local delivery area and be familiar with the area in and around Buncombe, Madison and Hendersonville County.

- First Quarter new hire attendance and safety bonus.
