Portfolio Dashboards and Executive Decision Support:
Design and maintain tools, dashboards, workflows, etc., for business partners as well as for the transformation team covering scope, milestones, decisions, risks, dependencies, resources, adoption, and value realization. Standardize metrics, hierarchies, master-data definitions, and calculation logic across transformation initiatives. Use Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or similar tools to create intuitive, decision-oriented visualizations for executive audiences. Own the analytical content of executive decision packages, including options, quantified impacts, risks, recommendations, decision owners, and required timing.
