About the Company:
At Flow, we're reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We're building a new kind of living experience: one that's flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home. Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we're creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.
About the Role:
Flow is looking for a hands-on visual storyteller to shoot and edit the photo and video content behind our brand, buildings, and communities. You'll work directly with the Marketing Team to plan, capture, and produce content for every marketing and brand channel, from digital and social to print, signage, events, presentations, and beyond. This is an end-to-end role: you'll be behind the camera, in the air with the drone, and at the editing desk. At Flow, brand is not a layer added at the end-it is the foundation beneath every decision we make. This person will help capture the Flow brand, package that content quickly to be consumed in a mobile-first environment, and find the moments that evoke feeling. You'll turn everyday life inside our buildings into stories people want to be part of, content that makes someone stop scrolling and imagine themselves living at Flow.

- Collaborate with teams to develop concepts, shot lists, and storyboards that support campaign goals
- Manage the full production workflow: pre-production, shooting, editing, color, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery in the formats each channel requires
- Maintain and organize a library of photo and video assets so the team can find and reuse them
- Keep all visual content consistent with Flow's brand voice and style
- Stay current on content trends, formats, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Care for and manage camera, lighting, audio, drone, and editing equipment, and recommend gear needs
