Work Environment: The physical therapist will work onsite at our outpatient orthopedic clinic, equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technology. Our facility is designed for comfort and functionality, allowing therapists to focus on delivering high-quality, hands-on care. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapists can achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and function. Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to facilitate recovery. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education to patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term health maintenance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinic policies and regulations. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a physical therapist in our facility, you will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic issues, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Our patient population consists of individuals of all ages who are eager to recover and restore their quality of life. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred. A valid Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Nevada is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care and rehabilitation. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings. Experience with manual therapies and patient education is advantageous. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
