Our client is currently seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead overall company operations and drive business growth and profitability.
Oversee production, fabrication, installation, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer service across multiple locations.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, P&L, pricing, and financial performance.
Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors and resolve escalated issues.
Establish efficient processes and quality standards to improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Identify operational and business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and 15+ years of relevant experience.10+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, production, or operations management experience.
Executive-level leadership experience with responsibility for multiple departments and/or locations.
Proven P&L, budgeting, and financial management experience.
Experience managing production, installation, or field operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business/financial reporting tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
