Key responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy sessions via telehealth to clients across various demographics
Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and monitor progress
Required qualifications:
Master's level degree in social work or a related field with appropriate licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
Proficiency in telehealth technology and communication tools
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus
