Chestnut Hill Hospital is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Psychiatrist with a strong commitment to quality patient care to join our compassionate team on the Senior Behavioral Health Unit (SBHU). The SBHU is a 20-bed, inpatient care unit serving older adults who seek behavioral health services and require a short inpatient stay. The SBHU is designed to educate patients and families to better manage their conditions and ongoing recovery and develop healthier coping skills and a safe and secure follow-up plan for post-discharge care. Highlights:- Provide treatment and care for patients with a variety of conditions including depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and anxiety
- Typical schedule: Mon-Friday 9:00 am - 5pm, weeknight "phone" call and weekend Fr-Mon call in a rotation
- Average of 3-5 daily inpatient consults on the 20-bed unit (shared amont team)

Required Candidate Qualifications
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license & DEA from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to employment
