Director of Industrial Launch & NPI Excellence

Fresenius Medical Care in Ogden, UT seeks a Director, Careflux Industrial Launch Leader to guide end-to-end NPI development from concept to manufacturing transfer and ramp-up. You will own design transfer, industrial ramp-up, and ensure qualified machinery, capacity, and trained personnel to meet volume targets. The role requires leading cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain to drive robust industrialization, risk mitigation and on-time launches.
