APPLY NOWThe Audit Services Division of the Louisiana State Employees’ Retirement System (LASERS) is hiring an Internal Auditor in Baton Rouge. This position may be filled at the Auditor 1, 2, or 3 level, depending on qualifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform risk assessments and internal audits
- Plan, lead and execute audit engagements
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
- Use data analytics to test data, identify exceptions and spot trends
- Prepare work papers and audit reports
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines and resources
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is:

- A quick learner and self-starter
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- An effective written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

💼 Salary:
