Director of Policy

Key responsibilities: Manage the organization's regulatory engagement process, tracking and analyzing proposals impacting charter schools Develop and present content related to the legislative and regulatory agenda for stakeholder meetings and conferences Build and maintain relationships with key policy partners and Administration officials to promote alignment on policy prioritiesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred At least six years of relevant work experience in policy or advocacy Familiarity with federal education policy and regulatory processes Strong writing skills and experience in developing policy analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience managing databases
