APPLY NOWWe’re partnering with a fast-growing digital health company to hire a Clinical Partnerships Manager to own and grow a key health system relationship. Rochester, MN | Mostly WFH, but must be able to be on-site locally as needed. Occasional travel required.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and expand an established health system partnership
- Build relationships with physicians, APPs, and clinical teams
- Drive provider engagement, referrals, and account growth
- Lead projects and identify expansion opportunities across the account
What We’re Looking For:
- Clinical background such as RN, NP/APRN, PA-C, social work, or similar3–5+ years of professional experience
- Experience in healthcare sales, account management, physician relations, or partnerships
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Rochester-area health system experience strongly preferred. Chronic pain or behavioral health experience is a plus.
