Cerner Patient Accounting/Revenue Cycle Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support systems analysts responsible for healthcare revenue cycle applications. Analyze, design and implement solutions to improve billing, claims processing, reimbursement and collections. Support and optimize Cerner Patient Accounting and related revenue cycle systems. Troubleshoot complex system and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Oversee workflow documentation, system changes and process improvements. Work closely with IT, clinical, financial and operational teams. Analyze system data and reporting to identify opportunities for improved performance. Ensure systems and processes align with HIPAA, CMS and other relevant compliance requirements.

Experience Required: At least 5 years of systems analysis experience, with a strong focus on healthcare revenue cycle. At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of patient accounting, billing, coding, claims and reimbursement. Hands-on experience with healthcare IT and revenue cycle systems. Experience with Cerner is preferred, with Epic or other EHR experience also relevant. Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business or a related field. Contract Details:
