Thatch is changing healthcare benefits. We give companies a way to offer every employee a health budget so they can choose the plan that fits their life, while giving employers predictable costs they can control.
As Head of Communications, you’ll own how we tell it across press, thought leadership, and social. You’ll set the strategy and do the work: pitching, writing, posting, and finding the moments where Thatch should be part of the conversation.
