Sr Analyst Growth

What you'll do: Manage the full lifecycle of growth strategy, including pricing, loyalty programs, CRM, and performance marketing. Execute and implement growth initiatives across all active Glovo markets. Analyze results from growth experiments to determine performance outcomes and future improvements. Translate complex business challenges into actionable data insights for senior leadership. Identify new opportunities to boost user acquisition, retention, and order frequency. Collaborate directly with VPs and Growth directors to scale the Q-commerce business.

Requirements: 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, data-centric environment. Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Mastery of Google Sheets and Excel. Strong project management capabilities. Excellent communication, data visualization, and storytelling skills. Fluency in English. Data-driven mindset with the ability to exercise sound business judgment.

Nice to have: Proficiency in SQL. Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools. Interest in learning additional query languages.
