Licensed Physical Therapist Opportunity If you are a licensed physical therapist looking to grow your direct access evaluation skills, then this opportunity is for you. Stop chasing a job and start chasing your career hero! It's the physical therapists who wanted to master their craft and be the person they always dreamed they would be once they graduated school with that license. Don't miss out on the window after the pandemic. Tons of bad practitioners shut down for good and will never come back because they were scared to face the reality of the situation. The PTs that pushed the brand of our profession understand we are the reason why people can function as they age, we are the experts that help people overcome their most difficult loss of independence. The revolution of our profession has arrived and come to a head and is ready to eclipse the orthos and chiros who cannot and will never do what we can. Have you given up on your dream of mastery and autonomy you were promised in PT school? Most PTs are stuck just chasing a false reality of a safe job with good benefits in a big establishment thinking they are insulated from cuts in reimbursement. You probably dream of cash pay PT one day to free yourself from the system and be recognized for your amazing hands-on manual and evaluation skills yet the drive to learn and do what it takes to get to become an expert-level clinician with clinical excellence is far away. Deep down you know that it can take years of spending money on expensive manual therapy certifications without any tangible return on investment. Hospitals, home care settings SNFs, and even big box volume clinics are pulling great PTs into a bad learning environment with no growth in becoming independent. Are you somewhat entrepreneurial? Do you have a dream of independence and freedom to practice at a more advanced level without the mundane day-to-day same old? Think about what you want dream for a minute about what it would look like and let me help you describe your dream career. The skills you deliver in the hospital will be done by PTAs. The skills of a nursing home will be done by a CNA rehab aide or tech. It's not your fault you have been chasing the wrong metric as what you believe is opportunity like most who just want to pay their bills, and that's ok for the short term but don't get stuck there. Our profession is starting to decline because many PTs are being lost to established big-box systems yet we need leaders like you who dream of autonomy and use the highest level of their license. You have a duty as a professional to rise or get crushed by acupuncture massage chiro or worse personal trainers who claim to be strength and conditioning specialists working with injuries and get paid more than a DPT!With this opportunity, you will be the only clinician who can diagnose the toughest cases no one knows how to solve so you can become autonomous, and gain true mastery in this profession and that will lead to better opportunities where in the future you will have the marketing skills and sales skills to sell what you do to a prospective skeptical client and charge what you are worth. You know that by investing your time in your skills the road to freedom is guaranteed, here's why...Success is to be immersed in initial evaluations day in and day out and have a mentor to bounce ideas off of and get those little knowledge nuggets only an experienced mentor can teach you in real-time. Success leaves clues right, so why not go and learn what successful PTs do and model them? Why learn the long hard way? Hint, certifications teach you way too much fluff you will never use in the clinical setting, yes really and they cost a ton of money been there done that. So, you can avoid wasting your time in a bad learning environment, I offer this opportunity to anyone even if they don't have much experience in this field. Wait. Before I tell you why you won't need years of experience to apply for this opportunity... Let me ask you some questions to help you decide if you even have the attitude and values it takes to become a world-class clinician. Do you have a positive persona that makes patients look for any excuse to come back and see you? Are you a self-starter? Are you able to communicate with patients in such a way that they know what you are doing for them? Can you connect and engage with people on a personal level (not just clinical skill level) you know small talk? Will you spend the time to get to know your patients' deepest fears worries and frustrations so you can uncover the real reason they want to eliminate their pain or dysfunction? Great, I trust that you are excited about this opportunity for growth and personal development. Once you read the rest of the words below you will know that this is for you.
