About the Position:
Lead the global ASC 740 tax provision process, including ETR, deferred taxes, FIN 48, and related disclosures.
Oversee U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance while partnering with external advisors.
Support Pillar 2, transfer pricing, and other international tax initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and executive leadership on tax reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
Drive process improvements, SOX compliance, and tax automation efforts across the tax function.
Mentor junior team members and serve as a key contributor within a growing global tax team.
Compensation & Location
Base Salary: $160K - $200K + BonusHybrid Schedule: 2 days per week in office

Ideal Background:
Strong ASC 740 experience is a must-have 7 - 12 years of tax experience from public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax environments Public company and international tax experience highly preferred
