Mission Control Associate Help Operate the Future of Transportation We're looking for a Mission Control Associate to join a fast-paced operations center supporting a fleet of autonomous vehicles. This role is similar to air traffic control for autonomous vehicles. You'll monitor vehicles and service operations in real time, identify issues, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure vehicles and passengers are supported when something unexpected happens. What You'll Do:
Monitor autonomous vehicles and fleet operations using multiple computer systems.
Perform pre-shift checks and ensure systems and operations are ready for service.
Identify and troubleshoot basic vehicle and operational issues.
Respond to real-time incidents and determine the appropriate next steps.
Create, document, and escalate tickets when additional support is needed.
Coordinate with internal operations, technical, and field teams to resolve issues.
Dispatch response teams when a vehicle requires assistance.
Monitor road conditions, traffic events, closures, and other factors that may affect service.
Apply temporary operational restrictions when conditions require them.
Follow issues through resolution and communicate updates to the appropriate teams.
Make timely decisions while maintaining a strong focus on safety and operational continuity.
