Elevate your career beyond traditional outpatient physical therapy. Fusion Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our growing New York City team. For more than 20 years, Fusion has combined expert hands-on physical therapy, progressive strength and performance training, and advanced technology to help patients move beyond recovery and perform at their highest level. Our patient population ranges from active New Yorkers and post-operative patients to high school, collegiate, professional, and elite athletes. We have built long-standing relationships within the NYC orthopedic and sports medicine communities and have earned the trust of athletes and patients from across the country. This is an opportunity for a motivated clinician who wants to develop their skills, work with a highly active patient population, and practice in an environment where physical therapy and performance truly intersect. Why Fusion? Work with an exceptional patient population. Treat active adults, competitive athletes, post-operative patients, performers, and professional athletes in a setting built around individualized care. Go beyond traditional rehabilitation. Our clinicians combine manual therapy with progressive strengthening, movement training, and performance-based rehabilitation to help patients return stronger—not simply pain-free. Access advanced technology. Work with tools including OxeFit strength technology, AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, shockwave therapy, performance testing equipment, and a fully equipped strength and conditioning environment. Learn from an experienced team. Fusion values mentorship, collaboration, continued education, and developing clinicians who want to become exceptional at their craft. Opportunities outside the clinic. Our work extends beyond the treatment table, with opportunities surrounding athletic performance, sporting events, athlete care, research, and other initiatives as Fusion continues to grow.

Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is preferred, but we will consider an exceptional newer clinician with strong clinical rotations, a desire to learn, and the right mindset. OCS, SCS, CSCS, ATC or other sports/performance credentials are a plus, but not required.
