HVAC Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule: Flexible hours available from Monday to Sunday

Position Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week) or Full-Time options available

Perks: Competitive salary $45-$100k+. $20-$40 bonuses per qualified leads. As well as $250 bonuses per lead resulting in sales by our comfort advisors. Also, quarterly and yearly bonuses for top performers!

Locations: The Villages, Orlando, Winter Park, Clermont, Altamonte, Melbourne & Daytona

Position Overview: As an HVAC Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality sales leads while engaging with customers in retail environments. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts by collecting and inputting customer information into our tracking system, setting the stage for a seamless bid process.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage Costco members in a friendly, professional manner. Creating brand awareness (We do AC!). Customer Service (being friendly & helpful). Acquiring leads (user friendly lead app). Maintaining a positive, professional presence representing both 4 Seasons AC and Costco the brand.

Requirements: Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Reliable, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
