CNC Machinist

Requirements: Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently. Work with Mazak, Okuma, Puma, and Nakamura CNC machines. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Monitor machine operation and finished product quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company procedures and production requirements. 3+ years of CNC machining experience. Experience operating Mazak, Okuma, Puma, and Nakamura machines. Ability to inspect finished parts and identify quality issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail Hands-on experience with Twin-turret, dual-spindle CNC machines. Experience with Mazak and/or Fanuc controls. Ability to read and understand G-code and M-code. Ability to teach or edit programs at the machine, touch off tools, and set work offsets. Working knowledge of coordinate systems, including G54, G55, G56, and G57. Ability to use measurement and inspection equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints. Knowledge of machining terminology and CNC machining processes. Pay Ranges from $25 - $230 an hour.
