HVAC Technician

Role: Seeking a skilled professional to repair, maintain and install HVAC systems. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning unitsthrough timely repairs, and regular maintenance. This role requires a keen eye for detail and acommitment to providing high-quality service to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients. Action and Responsibilities: This position performs service, repair, maintenance and some installation on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring Fabricate, assemble, and install duct work and piping according to specifications and code Wire and connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, and humidity controls according to wiring schematics Relocate and expand existing HVAC systems as needed Maintain Freon dispensing records to meet federal requirements Services residential and light commercial HVAC systems Personal Attributes: Demonstrate high standards of personal integrity and excellent interpersonal skills Organized and detail oriented, with thorough follow through Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
