Our client, a growing duty-free retailer with luxury boutique shops, is seeking Sales Representatives to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service at their JFK Airport location.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service experience
- Greet and engage clients to high standards
- Drive and surpass sales goal
- Ensure safety and security standards with the storeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, sales promotions, and flight changes
- Assist in maintaining visual displays to meet established brand standards
- Support delivery of merchandise to and from the storeMaintain an organized stock room and assist with restocking as needed
- Light cleaning of shelves, counters, and tables
- Ad hoc assignments by management
Requirements:- High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate 1+ year of customer service or selling experience in a luxury fashion
- Energized to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent Interpersonal SkillsBi-lingual skills preferred, not required
- Must be flexible with schedule; Evening, Weekends and Holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance & follow brand standards when interacting with clients
- Must be a team player
- Must participate in inventory twice a year
- Must pass airport security background check
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
