Hospitality Janitor / Cleaner

MasterCorp seeks an Operating Room General Cleaner to support a high-standard resort environment. In this fast-paced hospitality role, you’ll clean and sanitize assigned areas, including restrooms, back-of-house spaces, and common areas, following company safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. You’ll work as part of a team focused on guest satisfaction, reliability, and continuous improvement, with training and opportunities to grow into advanced housekeeping or leadership roles. Clean and sanitize assigned resort or facility areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash from guest and staff spaces Disinfect high-touch surfaces and restrooms to safety standards Replenish paper products, soaps, and cleaning supplies Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools safely Follow company safety, PPE, and chemical-handling procedures Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and standards Follow written checklists and housekeeping procedures Support team members to ensure high guest satisfaction Commercial cleaning Sanitization procedures Use of cleaning chemicals and PPE Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) Restroom cleaning and disinfection Trash collection and waste handling Time management Following checklists and SOPs Safety and OSHA awareness Basic equipment operation (vacuums, carts) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA-compliant safety and chemical-handling training (preferred) Bloodborne pathogens or infection-control training (preferred) Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
