Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab | Oak Hill, West Virginia

Key Qualifications: Active RN license recognized by the state board of nursing Minimum of one year experience in a Cath Lab setting, with proven competency in assisting with cardiovascular procedures Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring, IV sedation, and emergency response protocols Familiarity with pre-, intra-, and post-procedural patient assessment and care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare team members BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid) Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab Monitor patients' vital signs and respond rapidly to any adverse reactions or emergencies Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and procedural success Document accurate and thorough medical records for each patient Prepare equipment and supplies and assist with setup and cleanup for each procedure Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery expectations, and post-care instructions
