Uptown Homecare is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper/Companion for a professionally managed ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private residence in Houston's Memorial area. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining an immaculate home, anticipates household needs, and provides attentive, personalized service. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and experience caring for fine furnishings, luxury garments, and specialty finishes. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautiful home, notices the details others miss, and understands the professionalism, discretion, and trust required when working in a private residence. The home is large, and housekeeping will be the primary responsibility of this position. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable providing occasional non-medical personal and household assistance when needed.
What You'll Do:- Maintain a large private residence to a high standard
- Perform routine and detailed cleaning throughout the home
- Manage laundry, linens, bedding, and household organization
- Keep household areas clean, organized, and appropriately stocked
- Assist with errands and other household needs
- Provide transportation or accompany the client to appointments or errands when needed
- Provide occasional companionship and non-medical personal assistance
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
Job Requirements: We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is fluent in both English and Spanish
- Has professional housekeeping experience, preferably in a private residence
- Is dependable, organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable working independently in a large home
- Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Is comfortable assisting with transportation and occasional non-medical support
- Has previous caregiving, private-duty, CNA, home care, or personal-assistant experience - a big plus
- Can reliably work the established schedule
Additional Information:
Important Schedule Requirement: This household requires consistent coverage. If a holiday falls on one of your regularly scheduled workdays, you must be availability is a must.
About the Opportunity:- This is a direct-hire position. The selected candidate will be hired directly by the client, with Pulse Staffing managing the recruitment and placement process.
