Qualifications:
Culinary background (BOH or FOH), meat-cutting, or hospitality operations experience is a strong plus.
Existing relationships with chefs and operators in the Charlotte market are a strong plus.
A hunter: comfortable cold-calling, sampling and closing new business every week.
Business-minded — you can talk margin, yield and menu cost with an owner.
Organized, self-directed and accountable to numbers.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
