Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Wound Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Wound Care RN | Tacoma, WA Shift: Days, 4×10-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Floating: St. Clare, St. Elizabeth, St. Frances, St. Anthony, and St. Anne Certifications: BLS required; WOCN preferred, WCC accepted Charting: Epic Travel Experience: Not required Call/Weekends/Holidays: None Responsibilities: Assess, manage, and coordinate wound care for 5–15 patients daily. Treat pressure, vascular, arterial, diabetic, and surgical wounds, ostomies, fistulas, and incontinence-related skin conditions. Manage wound vacs, including Smith & Nephew systems. Develop care plans, document assessments, coordinate discharge supplies, and educate patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on wound prevention and treatment recommendations. Perform photo documentation using a facility-provided phone.
