Firm boasts a 7-hour day and low billable requirement! Requirements for Real Estate Paralegal: Compliance with the Calif. Business and Professions Code Sections 6450-6456. Incumbent should ideally possess a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR accredited post-secretary institution; paralegal declaration accepted in lieu of these requirements.3+ years of real estate experience working in a law firm. Heavy title and survey experience is required.
