Superintendent - Multifamily & Mixed Use

THE ROLE: You run the site, the trades and the schedule, and you are the one the owner walks with.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ground up multifamily, podium and wood frame, or mixed use over retail Trade coordination and look ahead scheduling that holds through framing Quality and safety on a site with many trades stacked close Owner and architect walks, and the punch that follows Unit turnover sequencing through certificate of occupancy Weather, logistics and deliveries on a tight urban footprint

QUALIFICATIONS: Eight or more years running multifamily or mixed use sites Wood frame over a structural podium Unit turnover and phased occupancy experience A schedule you built and held with your project manager COMPENSATION Base of $130,000 to $165,000.
