Job Description General Labor / Grinder - $20/ hrJob Overview: Operate multiple grinding machines in a fast-paced, wet production environment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires constant movement, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.
Schedule:
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMTraining on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMBreak Policy:20-minute unpaid lunch (must remain on-site)
Key Responsibilities:- Run multiple grinders and move between machines
- Monitor production quality and machine performance
- Maintain safe work practices in wet conditions
- Perform physical tasks (standing, bending, twisting) up to 8 hours
Requirements:- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Comfortable with repetitive motion and physical work
- Able to work in a wet, industrial environment
