We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established, community-based mental health practice in Redding, California. Position Highlights:- Competitive Salary: $135,000-$175,000, based on experience
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- Established, community-based mental health practice
- Supportive and collaborative work environment
- Relocation assistance available
Key Responsibilities:- Provide mental health and behavioral health services to a diverse patient population
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Qualifications:- Active California Physician Assistant license required
- Mental health or psychiatric experience highly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
Compensation & Benefits
