The candidate selected will also be an effective change leader and team builder committed to employee engagement, organizational development, and exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will bring seven years of progressively responsible public-sector personnel experience, including two years supervising and managing professional human resources staff, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
