A leading global power generation business is looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of maintenance, overhaul, repair and upgrade projects across steam turbines, generators and related power generation equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career who has a background in engineering, field service, construction, manufacturing or power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects from planning through execution and closeout
- Develop project schedules, execution plans and resource requirements
- Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Field Service, suppliers and customers
- Track project scope, costs, schedules, risks and changes
- Support project financial reporting, forecasting, invoicing and contract administration
- Requirementsexperience in project management, engineering, field service, construction, manufacturing or a related environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with budgets, schedules and project documentation
- Experience within power generation, industrial equipment or a similar technical environment would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel to power generation sites when required
