Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs) and amendments
- Track order delivery, dye, and cut dates
- Engage with offshore teams for data entry and issue resolution
- Manage liabilities, cancellations, and dispute case management
- Conduct risk assessment of expiring liabilities
- Maintain and update order schedules and tracking documents
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with logistics, deployment, planning, and other relevant teams
