Max Salary: 130kJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver AI/ML and Generative AI programs across cross-functional teams. The TPM will drive execution, alignment, and scalable delivery of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML programs from planning to deployment
- Drive roadmaps, timelines, risk management, and status reporting
- Coordinate across engineering, data science, product, and business teams
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-team dependencies
- Ensure AI solutions meet governance, security, and responsible AI standards
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model lifecycle, APIsExperience with MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Proven technical program management experience in large-scale initiatives
- Strong Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
PreferredExperience with Generative AI / LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, etc.)
