Read and interpret mechanical drawings to determine material requirements and assembly instructionsOperate portable power toolsUtilize small hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers.1-2 years of Mechanical Assembly experienceAbility to read and understand documents written in standard EnglishAbility to read and interpret production drawings and work instructionsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram formAbility to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsBe safety and quality-oriented, accountable, dependable, reliable, productive, ethical, a strong communicator, innovative, a team player, and have a positive attitudeThompson First Group is an equal opportunity employer.
