Optometrist | 4-Day Week + $200K Potential | 30A

Position Overview: Full-scope medical optometry position within a concierge-style private practice. Diagnose and manage ocular disease while providing comprehensive eye care. Average patient volume of 15-18 patients daily. Supported by a dedicated ophthalmic technician and virtual scribe. Focus on quality patient care rather than high-volume production. Compensation: Base Salary Starting At $140,000. Production Bonus Structure. Total Earning Potential Up To $200,000+. Florida Licensing Fees Paid.

Schedule: Four-Day Work Week. Tuesday-Friday Schedule. 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Approximately 28 Hours Per Week. No Weekends. Off Saturday, Sunday, And Monday.

Role: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations. Diagnose and manage glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans. Educate patients on eye health and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
