Remote Clinical Dispatcher

Key responsibilities: Manage incoming consultations through the CCC consultation lifecycle workflows and prioritize assignments for multiple service lines Communicate effectively with clinical staff and physicians to ensure efficient patient care and service excellence Monitor and maintain queues to prioritize consultations and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) Required qualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools across various operating systems Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment
