Responsibilities:- Assist Estimators in assessing damage for the development of a 100% repair plan for each vehicle
- Complete safe, high quality, and thorough automotive repairs on vehicles, ensuring all OEM and Industry Standard Guidelines are adhered toDisassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
- Attend meetings and collaborate with team during daily production meetings
- Maintain current knowledge and practice of I-Car and company guidelines and training
- Assist team with delivering repaired vehicles to guests
Qualifications:- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Three or more years of experience as a Body TechnicianI-Car certified in Body and Paint Procedures
- General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass random drug screens
