Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced PLC Programmer / Controls Programmer to support programming, troubleshooting, automation, and commissioning of custom industrial machinery.
Responsibilities:- Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and motion-control programs
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, networks, and safety systems
- Support machine startup, FAT, SAT, and commissioning
- Maintain controls documentation, I/O lists, and software revisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve controls issues
Required Skills:- 5+ years of Industrial Controls Programming
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshootingHMI development and operator interfaces
- Machine automation, motion control, and safety systems
- EtherNet/IP and ProfinetETO / custom machinery experienceVFDs, servo drives, and industrial networks
Preferred Skills:- Allen-Bradley / Rockwell, Control
- Logix, Compact
