Team Leader / Sr. Civil Engineer / Land Development

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Requirements: B.S. degree in civil engineering. 15+ years of experience in the civil engineering field, with 3+ years managing staff. Licensed professional engineer in New York required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire. Business development experience and network of clients preferred. Possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a wide variety of projects. Excellent verbal and written communications and analytical/problem solving skills are essential. Must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies. Planning, organizing, scheduling and project management experience.
