Per Diem Mental Health Tech / Driver Partial Hospitalization Program Boulder City Hospital is an 82-bed acute care facility with a 47-bed long-term care unit. General Purpose Under the supervision of the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Supervisor, the Mental Health Tech/Driver provides non-clinical mental health support and transportation services for PHP patients. This role ensures safe and supportive transport and supervision of individuals with mental health disabilities.
Essential Functions:- Supervise PHP clients with mental illness, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Safely transport PHP patients to and from the program, adhering to documented training and supervision guidelines
- Assist PHP Supervisor with other assigned duties as needed
Education and Experience:
Required High school diploma or equivalent Valid Nevada Driver's License with a clean driving recordCPR certification (current) Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 90 days of employment
