As their project pipeline expands, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. Base pay range$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yrKey Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through close-out Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk-management plans Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, and key stakeholders Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and change-order management Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and junior staff Manage all project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking
