APPLY NOWOur client is a leading food safety and laboratory testing organization helping food manufacturers protect their brands, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure product quality. We鈥檙e looking for an experienced sales professional to own a territory within a 200-mile radius of Chicago and drive new business with major food-industry organizations.
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Sell food safety, laboratory testing, and quality services
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Build relationships with QA, Food Safety, R&D, and C-Suite decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding
- Travel throughout the territory and attend occasional industry conferences
What We鈥檙e Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant food industry sales experience preferred
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field OR equivalent industry experience
- Strong consultative selling and new business development skills
- Understanding of food safety/testing needsCRM experience and strong organizational skills
