Controller Operations and Finance

Role Description: The Controller Operations and Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. This role oversees day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and monthly closings to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Controller manages all operations and logistics flow from Job Bags, PO to Shipping. Experience working in E-Com, Retail or Wholesale, critical thinker. Daily responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, optimizing inventory and cost controls, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and implement internal policies. The role also collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine processes, implement financial controls, and provide clear financial communication that supports business growth and operational efficiency. Jewelry experience is desirable.
