Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects.
- Develop competitive project bids and proposals.
- Manage electrical projects from initial planning through completion.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal project and field teams.
- Visit job sites to support project execution and resolve challenges.
- Follow applicable safety requirements, codes, and industry standards.
- Must-Have Skills:
- Experience estimating and managing electrical projects.
- Knowledge of commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical construction.
- Ability to prepare accurate estimates, bids, and project proposals.
- Strong project coordination skills, including schedule and budget management.
- Effective communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working across commercial, industrial, and institutional project types.
- Familiarity with job-site coordination and electrical construction standards.
- Experience supporting change order preparation and project scheduling.
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
