We are partnering with a leading global financial institution seeking to add Analysts and Associates to its Communications, Media & Telecom Credit team. The team is active across a broad range of debt financing and credit transactions, working with leading companies across the sector and providing exposure to complex, high-profile deals. Responsibilities:- Support the execution of credit and financing transactions across CM&TBuild and analyze financial models, credit analyses, and transaction structures
- Conduct industry, company, and market research
- Prepare credit materials, presentations, and internal approval documents
Qualifications:- 1-5 years of Investment Banking, Project Finance, or Leveraged Finance experience
- Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation skills
- Exposure to Communications, Telecom, Media, Technology, or related sectors is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
