CRE Debt Underwriter – Associate (Real Estate Lending)

J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Real Estate Americas is seeking an Associate to identify and underwrite lending opportunities across diverse property types. You will develop investment strategies, prepare memos, and present to the investment committee, while building relationships with brokers, banks, borrowers, and peers. You will spend time analyzing capital stacks, constructing complex underwriting models, and assisting in deal execution from underwriting through closing.
