Deployment Technician

We are looking for Field Services technicians with basic desktop support experience who can perform desktop/monitor installations and swaps. The replacement desktops would be pre-built and ready for deployment, so the primary responsibilities would be coordinating with end users, swapping hardware, performing basic functionality checks, collecting the old equipment, and completing the required documentation associated with each deployment. This is a 2 month contract on-site in Waterloo, Iowa.
